The workshop begins by building awareness of fixed-mindset thinking patterns—how they show up, how they limit progress, and how they influence daily decisions. Participants will then learn how to intentionally shift toward a growth mindset and choose more productive responses in real-world situations.
Using the Choice Map Framework, participants will practice:
